AEROBIC:- Now a day’s people are more prone to entertainment. So reducing weight by entertainment will decrease the duration of struggle. It is like a mild dance that involves the movement of the hands, legs and all parts of the body simultaneously. So, there will be a gradual improvement in reduction of weight.
NORMAL EXERCISE:- When a person is scheduled to normal exercise the time limit is also noted. Initially the time duration is to be long. Then once the required BMI [Body Metabolic Index] is attained, the time limit chart is rearranged. These exercises are done both in the morning and evening.
DIET CONTROL:- Diet is always given the first preference in a weight loss program. The schedule is mostly three times meal a day. It involves the diet maintain food also. Envy is not given much preference. The food style is made in such a way that it tastes delicious for the person who has it. The same diet is continued after the BMI is attained.
FASTING:- This is rare in a weight loss program, only when the BMI is very high than the normal, this practice is involved. When the BMI becomes normal the fasting is stopped. Even in fasting the schedule is listed, so that only the afternoon food is skipped.
FRUIT DIET:- Some people are scheduled under the category of fruit diet. They are given the list of fruits to be taken in the morning, afternoon and evening. They are taken in form of salads, deserts etc..,
FOOD ITEMS AVOIEDED IN THE PROGRAM:- Chocolates, Ice Creams, Meat, High fat milk, Milk products, fried foods and junk foods.
