The consumption of diet between 1400 to 1750 calories per day called as low calorie diet.
There are many choices for low calorie diet and was planned to select the right food at the right time which suits them. The low calorie diet can be attained by eating foods slowly and select healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, cereals, fish etc..,
Calorie is the heat energy produced in the body. These calories also maintain the body temperature. When high calorie is taken it increases the growth and formation of substances with in the body which in turn increase the body weight. In order to reduce the body weight low caloric diet has to be maintained.
When low caloric diet is followed, the weight loss is gradual, but effective. When low calorie food is taken the metabolic rate will become low which leads in the reduction of weight.
In some cases we are not aware of small situations in which our calorie increases. For instance, in the two glasses of water, one having cold water and the other having normal water is compared with their calorie value. Cold water has more calories than the warm water.
LOW CALORIE DIETING:- During low calorie diet a person will be able to intake all the food substance. These food substances are cooked in a different manner. Envy items like meat, chicken, have high calories. But these same food items when over cooked and when the stalk s removed the calorie is reduced thrice the amount.
FOOD ITEMS AVOIDED: Deep fried items. These are the substances that contain high calories. Food item with yeast as an ingredient is avoided. Then clod substance like aerated drinks and ice creams are to be avoided.
CONCLUSION: Low calorie diet is a slow and gradual process of reducing weight. It is most suitable for middle aged people. It is the effective way which encourage to the peoples for reducing weight.
