When normal exercises are practiced, it should be regularly done for 30 minutes this time limit is strictly followed, Weight loss becomes easy and effective result shown within weeks. When things are made easy and convenient, the person interest over it will increase helping to reduce weight within few weeks. In this type of weight loss will not takes place before the charted time. The gradual decrease of weight will come to normal BMI only at the end of the plan list.
